Terms and Conditions of Service
This service is owned by Annie Gillenwater who is a freelance Reiki Therapist with no fixed address. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.
By using our service, the client agrees to take full responsibility for their own wellbeing and health. The client agrees that any condition shared with the Therapist (‘us’) will in no way guarantee a cure.
Each new client must read and agree to the terms of practice before their first treatment can proceed.
Each client will be asked to complete a client confidential form to help the Reiki Therapist (‘us’) understand the needs of the client. On the first visit the client will be required to complete a brief mental health and medical history.
The client will inform the Therapist (‘us’) if they would prefer a treatment with touch or no touch at all. All areas of touch will be agreed upon before treatment begins.
In order to book our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.
The following information will be collected and kept for treatment purposes:
Name and address
Contact telephone number
Doctor’s Surgery information
Mental health, Medical prescriptions and health conditions
Emergency contact information
We accept card and Paypal payments. No data is stored for payments.
Clients are required to give no less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel a reiki treatment. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the treatment session.
Cancelation by Us
I reserve the right to cancel a treatment session at any time without giving a reason.
I will endeavour to cancel 24 hours before the treatment session unless in some exceptional circumstances that may be out of my control. If this happens, I will strive to call and/or email you as soon as is possible.
A full refund will be returned if I cancel a treatment session.
Antisocial behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated, and the we reserves the right to refuse and terminate any treatment immediately.
If you have a complaint about the level of care provided by the us please let us know.
We will treat your complaint seriously.
Make your complaints to the owner by email or telephone call.
The complaint will be logged.
We will investigate the complaint to find out what went wrong and will endeavour to resolve the matter and learn from it.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify and change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. Please check these terms and conditions regularly for any changes.
